Last day in Singapore

Daytime Activities

We had packed last day in Singapore - visited a garden, took in the views from a SuperTree, enjoyed a late lunch at a Japanese restaurant in the Marina Sands Resort, and walked around.

Airport Experience

After we checked out of our hotel, we checked the bags at the airport and paid a visit to the Singapore Airport Jewel complex. The waterfall and gardens were very cool, but the rest of the airport wasn't as enjoyable. We discovered that security is at each gate, so you can't bring beverages purchased in the airport with you. There was a lonely water fountain/refill station at the gate and it didn't work well. There were also no restrooms after you passed security, so it was an unpleasant wait until boarding.
